Throughout 2025, the Company continued to position employee capability development as an integral part of its long-term strategy. While formal training and employee development programs had not yet been implemented during the year, the Company remained committed to strengthening human capital through ongoing internal coordination, knowledge sharing, and alignment initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capacity, productivity, loyalty, and integrity.

Throughout 2025, the Company implemented various social and environmental responsibility initiatives as part of its commitment to sustainable operations, including: financial aid to orphans and underprivileged individuals in Peusar Village (Tangerang) in commemoration of Eid al-Fitr 1446H, to DKM of Al Barokah Mosque in Peusar Village in commemoration of Islamic New Year (1 Muharram 1447 H), and also school supplies to elementary school students in neighborhood communities in Peusar Village in commemoration of the 80th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Company demonstrates its commitment to environmental preservation through the application of environmentally responsible material usage and the management of operations in accordance with sustainability considerations. Since 2022, the Company has utilized timber certified under the Timber Legality Verification System (SVLK) as a form of compliance with applicable regulations and environmental preservation principles.

However, as of the 2025 financial year, the Company has not allocated a specific budget for environmental programs. The Company recognizes the importance of managing environmental impacts as part of the implementation of sustainable finance. Going forward, the Company plans to gradually develop environmental program planning and budgeting to support business sustainability and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
