Waste-to-Energy

a Sustainable Future

Efficient waste handling solutions that reduce environmental impact and support sustainable resource management.
Waste-to-energy infrastructure provides an integrated solution to two fundamental urban challenges: sustainable waste management and reliable energy generation. By converting municipal waste into usable energy, waste-to-energy facilities help reduce landfill dependency, lower greenhouse gas emissions, improve environmental sanitation, and support the transition toward cleaner and more sustainable energy sources. As urban populations continue to grow globally, waste-to-energy development has become an increasingly important component of modern circular economy and environmental infrastructure strategies. Indonesia is now entering a critical stage in accelerating waste-to-energy development. Supported by Presidential Regulation No. 109 of 2025, the industry benefits from stronger regulatory clarity, centralized project coordination, and improved commercial frameworks designed to enhance long-term project feasibility. Coupled with increasing collaboration between government institutions, state-owned enterprises, international technology providers, and infrastructure investors, Indonesia presents a compelling environment for the development of sustainable waste-to-energy projects capable of supporting cleaner cities and long-term energy resilience.
The Company, through a subsidiary company, has entered into a consortium led by Zhejiang Weiming Environment Protection Co., Ltd. & its affiliations for the development of waste-to-energy projects in Greater Denpasar and Greater Bogor area; reinforcing its commitment to sustainable infrastructure development in Indonesia. The projects are currently undergoing technical, commercial, and regulatory preparations prior to commencement of construction. Beyond these developments, the Company continues to pursue additional growth opportunities through participation in upcoming waste-to-energy tender processes across various regions in Indonesia, reflecting its long-term strategy to expand its project portfolio and contribute to the country’s sustainable waste management and renewable energy objectives.
